Davekline
This might work for hublifting as well.
Bob Lipinski
That is cool. I just wrapped my bands around a doorknob, course I don't have a rack at home.
The Mac
Would there be any advantage to pressing down on the band (so as to create a "slingshot" type of effect) with that set-up?
maidenfan
Well, I just set up the bands to a tension that helps the initial pull. The weight of the blob brings the band to the floor. Maybe I dont understand what you're asking Mac? It would work better with a hub lift/flat plate, as the blob tends to roll off the bands if you're not holding it. The Mac
I was just wondering out loud.. If you raised the set up so that the weight of the blob still left the band a few inches off the floor (and therefore the blob was effectively weightless at that point), then pressed down explosively and then used the "rebound" to help with the pull, if there was any value in training that way?
