Also, Tommy and Magnus are listed as the most recent #4 COCs, was that with the old rule. This list of recent #3 closers is below, i know Bender certified w/ the old rule and have no idea on the other 5 guys. Anyone know how many new rulke closers there are? Vise Posted July 9, 2004 Share Posted July 9, 2004 you can no longer set your gripper to the 1" mark before closing it. you must be able to fit the width of a credit card between the handles b4 the attempt is made. pretty much a "no set close."
