20 mins of BikeErg & Tsunami bar levers.  1 hour of “death by treadmill” walking (gradually increase incline fm 5 to 10 and weighted (+35lbs) 40mm & 60mm bar chin-up intervals.  Hammer levers and pony clamp on the treadmill.

Slow death by treadmill (walking, gradually increasing elevation) and 50mm bar chin-ups (40 sets of 3 reps).  Good workout.  Nutrition has been dialed in - was 297lbs six days ago 🤙

nice work man. 40 sets of 3 on a thick bar is crazy volume

Cheers.  Hard for me to do more than 6-8 chin-ups at my bodyweight, but I can do a ton of volume of low reps.

Down 15lbs in 7 days, on a roll. 1500-2000 calories per day, not including my 400-500 calorie workouts (I always subtract a 100 calories as idve burned that anyway)
