ishred
well, a friend of mine gave me the #1 and #2 for my birthday. He also bought the #1 and said he had a little trouble closing it, so thats when the competition spark lit. I tore open the number 1 and crushed it and did a few rips. I thought they were smaller, but i guess all you guys have huge hands. The #1 was harder than i thought it was gonna be. Then i opened the #2......gave it everything and still had a 1/2 inch to close it. That one will be a couple weeks before i can close it. I did a few iso holds with both of them now my hands are shot. I can't even close the #1 now Tomorrow is bending and friday i will have it out with the coc's. bencrush
Good job with the #1. Most men don't close it first try. And 1/2" on the #2 might take you longer than you think...but hopefully you'll close it as soon as you hoped for.

ishred
Thanks guys. This grip/bending stuff is fun. I wonder if crack is this addicting. I may just order the #3 for the hell of it. Just to see how far I can move it.
Digdogz
I may just order the #3 for the hell of it. Just to see how far I can move it. If its one of your goals, you may as well start now! It will give things some perspective Well done on the no.1 Digz.
DAN PETERSON
Ordering a #3 would be a good idea. Not only for negatives and workouts but also to see where you are on one.
