jad
7-12-05 45's with friction tape on the cushions 8 deadlifts and holds per hand: used plenty of bounce, was getting about 2-3 seconds on the lockout portion before they started to fall Blob50 RH: 1 lockout, normal grip, no cushions: pretty easy 2 finger lifts with finger press method: 3 lockouts, lockouts for reps to failure on the cushions: 5 reps,4 LH: 3 lockouts using finger press method 5 singles on the cushions **Finally got around to training some pinch again... Sounds crazy but I almost wish my 45's were thicker, I just can't seem to get a comfortable grip on them Edited July 13, 2005 by jad

jad
Thanks Darco 7-21-05 #3 RH: 70,75,58,60,50... I was very happy with these PTL #2 LH: 58,53,50,45,30 Started trying to do a little training for the Backyard Bash..... Blob medley: put a couch cushion on top on top of my rubbermaid storage container so I think it will be at least as high as a bench. I only have the Blob50 so it makes training pretty simple 3 sets of 90 sec: never got more than a single but came very close to a double on two of them. I think on an nongripper day I'll be able to hit a double pretty easy. I'd like to get at least 5 in 90 sec by the contest Plate hula: I have those Wal-Mart hammertone coated, standard 25's. They're substantially harder than the black oly 25's but not as hard as 35's managed 9 laps before dropping them Edited July 21, 2005 by jad

jad
Thanks Paul, these are the epitomy of baby reps though, most of them are only opened to 1/8" or so while a sneak sneak out to 1/4" 7-22-05 #3 RH: 50,82,62,60,51 #2 LH: 60,53,37,43,
