DoDa Posted April 8, 2004 Share Posted April 8, 2004 I have been doing a pinch workout in the morning before work and a grip workout at lunch and in the evening. I did not have time this morning or at lunch for a workout so I did them together this evening. My pinch was stronger than usual. Some will say that is because I had more rest than usual.
