Full stainless gripper

Here is a weird one from AliExpress (I checked, and it looks like it's not available anymore).

I know it's not that strange that the handles are from stainless, but even the spring is made from stainless on this one.
I think it's obvious from the pictures (Cobalt for scale), but the spring has a small inner diameter, and the handles are mounted very low.

Spread: 70mm
Wire diameter: 7mm
Handle diameter: 18.4mm
Knurling: Not as sharp as a Standard, but sharper than a CoC
RGC: I'm bad at guessing RGC by feel, but around 70-90
Price: 25$ when I bought it, but it seems like they slowly raised the price to 40$ until it became unavailable

Yeah I don't think the bands are a coincidence :).
But I bought this in early 2024 (was probably available even earlier) , so the knurled stainless handles are very likely just a coincidence.

But the most interesting thing about this one is the stainless spring. I don't use it much but it would be interesting to see if the spread decreases over time

Xinyi Wanjia grippers also use stainless springs. It is strange that so there are multiple chinese brands that dont use the chinese black coated springs that HG and imitators use. The Xinyis I have don't have gaps like that though, so potentially a separate spring supplier

Are you sure? I checked some of their pictures and while my Chinese is very limited, it says "high carbon spring"

Well my Mandarin is nonexistent, I had only assumed it was stainless

It's very hard to tell only from the shine/color. Can be polished like CoCs, or can be plated.

I have this one and a 80kg one also, I haven't got time yet to rate the but I'll do it soon. They weight a ton and the grip is pretty good.

How is the handle mount on the 80kg one? Also very low?
