I started bending DO off and on throughout my 20’s but didn’t actually take it seriously until 2018. After a few months I certified the Red nail and was progressing quickly but my back and neck (annular tear in my spine and herniated disk in my neck) got the best of me, so I quit bending in 2019. Fast forward to July 2024, I am back at it again, but this time strictly Reverse bending. Still dealing with the neck and back issues, but the reverse bending is much more manageable. 6’ @175lb body weight. Best bends from 2018 include: - 5 1/2” Red Nail in IMP DO - 6” red nail in one IMP DO My current short term goals include: - DHWOG CERT - Grade 8 bolt 1/4” x 6” in one IMP - DHWOG CERT - Grade 5 bolt 1/4” x 5.5” in one IMP - FBBC 1/4” x 6” in IMPs touching All bends will be reverse style with either one IMP or IMPs touching in the middle.
