You want my opinion and not that it matters only buy a RGT if it’s in a comp your training for. the handle is just to slick. It’s a quality handle though. . If you are already very strong on thick bar it’s fine. Watch from 13:00. Important note: I think they said it was the third grip session that week! He then lifts a 180 lbs circus dumbbell with a 3 inch handle. He then made an attempt on the 250 lbs Odd Haugen dumbbell, that only Mike Burke has gotten off the floor.
