povmaciulis ARMLIFTING Posted July 6 Author Share Posted July 6 Unfortunately I did not win a prize place (got same points as 3rd place (hes also federation vicepresident) but he won last exercise) My results: Axle: 100 / 105 no lift / 105 no lift (-5 kg pr/ + 10 kg comp pr Rolling thunder : 53/58/60 (-6 kg pr/ -1 comp pr just tried to lift more than the 3rd place guy) Silver bullet#2 6 seconds ( last year #1.5 10 seconds) Lbh 45/50 no lift /50 barely (-7.5 kg pr/ +5 kg comp pr) 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
