real nice set up.  When I write stuff down I then take a picture of it incase I  lose it, which happens a lot.

I am normally pretty good with writing down stuff. I have a note of weights just not the times . I’ll learn for next time lol

SAXON WEIST CURLS

REVERSE WRIST CURLS  
Bar x 25 x 3 sets 

 

Axle felt comfy. 
 

Saxon felt awful but could of been operator as I forgot to wipe the bar. When I did wipe the bar I got the reps, only just tho. Needs improvement.

Saxon Wrist Curls are very cheeky .

Reverse Wrist hit as good as always. 
 

All in all not a bad quick sess. Still chipping away at the exercises. I’ll get a grip one day 😉

Been laid up with man flu from Thurs last wk.
Spent sat & sun in bed trying to recover. Taken today off to try & get that bit better ready for work tomorrow. 
No weight sess, no grip sess & no Bjj . No need to say it but I’m pretty bored now. Fingers crossed I should be nearly back to normal by tomorrow. Going to take it easy til end of the wk tho. Next wk will see start of euros prep & continuation of my Devon grip comp prep.

Going to take training easy this wk & do the bare minimum. Will be back to full power in no time . Cheers
