Saxon felt awful but could of been operator as I forgot to wipe the bar. When I did wipe the bar I got the reps, only just tho. Needs improvement. Saxon Wrist Curls are very cheeky . Reverse Wrist hit as good as always. All in all not a bad quick sess. Still chipping away at the exercises. Taken today off to try & get that bit better ready for work tomorrow. No weight sess, no grip sess & no Bjj . No need to say it but I’m pretty bored now. Fingers crossed I should be nearly back to normal by tomorrow. Going to take it easy til end of the wk tho.
