Nice idea to improve setting strength by such a way. I will take it for my training sessions :)

302lb 3" napalm blocks - i went for lockout, but this would have been good for a 6" lift

silarukov 140 (175 rgc) tns attempt - really close i think the handles are slightly uneven

Nice work on the Silarukov!  They're definitely interesting grippers. I've got a set, and the 150 is just wild looking.

Yes, the spring on my 150 is 9mm.

Same. That plus the larger winding diameter makes it look kinda goofy.

That Shaw blob is massive. I can’t wait to see you lift it. Won’t be long

New inch dumbbells arrived today.  I'll try a double another day.

TNS'd a Gods of Grip Elite 7 - The spring lost 10-15mm of spread after my first reps. 😬

Mine went from 65 mm to 55 mm immediately. They're pretty garbage tbh.

This is great man. Mr. Sorin would be proud

Thanks man, his son saw the video and reached out to me to share some kind words.  As we are typically reflections of our parents, I absolutely believe Richard was one hell of a man based on this interaction with Bert.   I'm glad I was able to do something he would have liked to see.

The Slater bells are amazing.  I love mine.

That is an honor and a half. Richard strikes me as one of those people that doesn’t come around too often often.

yeah I bought one a few years ago, but it doesn’t have the writing on it.

it stares at me every week. Someday…

I am in California for work, and I lifted with Carl today.  We had a big day on the flask, and I finally got my hands on a Millenium dumbbell.
