Last workout before vacation, 

the first thing in the suitcase is my GD90. I will try to hit a gym a couple of times just to get a pump.

My oldest son and family came down from Oregon to show off the new grandson to the rest of the family.
While he was here, he had a chance to play around with the two big dumbbells. Not only did he actually lift the 125 pound one . He was able to shoulder it and almost press it overhead.

todays workout

morning stretches

Band work

Hit the hotel gym , did a bunch of Dumbbell curls ( just to get a pump)

the rest of the day Walking laps in the pool, little bit of swimming 

lunch and nap.

I'm Right too. One things for sure, I'm way better with grippers in my right hand.

Each rep done slow with a pause

I don’t think the weights listed on the gripper are accurate, If They were fantastic. I know they are not. This is still a good gripper to take on vacation.
