NICE, that frees your time tonight

Yes it does

do you think I can convince the accountant grip equipment is a business expense because I worked like a motherf;$;&;;&  to turn these two stripped screws out today. Like 45 minutes

who ever installed these brackets in the floor used 2” screws and stripped them out 🙃

 He's right...

It took me a long time to realize this. There comes a point where you've done your part and you just have to step back.

Grippers

im setting up an appointment with a Chiropractor. Took my time to find what think is a reputable one.  Meant to do it yesterday but got carried away.

Perhaps it’s my SI joint out of alignment which would explain why it gets better and worse again. the acupuncture is doing wonders but I believe I need more.

Thank you guys and thanks John.

I’l grew up  being nervous of chiros. My grandfather had a very bad back and had many operations back in the 50s and 60s on his discs.  He went to one once when my dad was a kid and he woke up temporarily paralyzed and went to the ER. But that was 50 years ago.

I have a good feeling it will help. Jedd and talked about it last week. I just wanted to take my time and find a good one.

I just can’t get a hold of my Dr to get a referral
