Received an unexpected package from @John Knowlton   HARD CORE GYM version of the stacker. It must weigh close to 10lbs alone it’s a tank.

 

Everyone uses it with thumb on top and it’s a great finger and wrist strength builder. But the masons would pinch it. Some day I’ll beat my grandfathers record of 6 fire brick.

I owe John big time.

And I must of some how deleted that first picture when I edited something because it’s gone now   I blame it on chalky fingers 🤣

Back was a little tight this morning so instead of rowing I did some stretching and then a 25 minute walk with my weighted vest..I think there was 9-12lbs in there, nothing to heavy.  

 

used the ab roller on Monday for the first time in years, my abs are still sore AF, that could be why my back was a little tight also.

Today I go to acupuncture. I’ve heard good things so I’m looking forward to it.

Acupuncture was great. Going to go back a few times and then as needed.

Just warm ups. Was going to find my max but I did something to my left thumb earlier in the week. It’s not too bad but I could fele it last night playing guitar. Would rather play it safe

off to a blacksmithing competition.. to watch not compete.
