A colonial era 5th foot. I bet it weighs 100lbs. It was great, blasted the music. started back with NN 2 3/8 2h deadlift. After a coaching call with Jedd it’s time to go back after the inch again. I like that, it is a good a good logo. Last night I spent 10 minutes with the spring trainer on my armwrestling table. I thought for sure I could get someone to AW with me. No one will. I don't know what I'm doing so I don't want to go hard, just mess around.
