My left hand is still down from where it was. I think its because grippers really fatigue my hands. I’ve been pushing more heavy wheelbarrows again lately and not that it was hard before but it’s much easier with a stronger grip especially going down steep hills full of stone. I hope late fall to return to training for the inch but maybe doing thick bar once a week instead of two. And my plan is to focus on thumbless. Also debating whether to start back up on BJJ. I'm starting to miss it but I don't think my back is there yet. But I also think in the long run it would be very beneficial to my lower back for core strength. Not this weekend but following weekend I'm heading to Upstate NY to stay at an Air bnb at he winery my cousins work at.. Has a view of the lake. Can't wait.
