The girl sounds promising, when will this happen

Me and my family are going on a river cruise Saturday night I think she meant at the brewery we are going to after. I really don’t want to do this with my whole family around. So we will see

This morning

3x3 practice setting COC 2 closed both hands

Blobtop

Left 18x1 18.25x1 18.5x1 18.75x1 19x1

Right 17x1 17.5x1 17.75x1 18x1 18.5x1

TIMED HOLDs

12.25x10 12.5x10 12.75x10 both hands

Was able to bump up my right hand numbers with the blob top this week. My left hand is still down from where it was. I think its because grippers really fatigue my hands.

Strand pulling

Chest Krusher 5 springs 4 singles 1 set of 2....

calisthenics

Off to work in Maine again at my uncles and then a sunset cruise tonight..

Rowing easy 4500m this morning and some stretching

Word hard Saturday. I’ve been pushing more heavy wheelbarrows again lately and not that it was hard before but it’s much easier with a stronger grip especially going down steep hills full of stone.

Then had a nice night on a river cruise saw a bunch of bald eagles. Nice to see them making a come back to the area.IMG_2404.thumb.jpeg.cdfa25628a3dc50082f4a104a031d1cc.jpegse

COC 1.5 3 sets of singles both hands

20mm set block

Vulcan

left 5/5-3 5/6x2 5/5x3 4/5x3   4/5x3

right 6/6x3 5/6x3 5/5x3 5/5x3  4/5x3

had to take extra sets on the COC to get 3 singles... Left hand felt great today.. But it fatigued me for Vulcan.. hopefully in time my gripper endurance builds up.

Long day out in the sun, building decks are hard on the knees and back. But at least it will look nice when it’s done

tonight 30minutes 5200m on the rower.

Plate Curls

Left 22.5x5 23x3 23x3

Right  22.5x3 23x3 23x3

Plate Curl negs

26x3x3 both hands

Wrist Plate Curls

Left 19x5x3 sets 18.5x5

Right  17.5x5 17.5x5 18x5 18x5

sledge pronation and supination

5 each way 3 sets

Strandpulling

Calisthenics and weighted thick rolling bar holds

Horse shoe bender 3 sets of 5 second holds

My back at this point is really good most days like better than its been since I can remember but it gets tight still a every couple days.. I hope late fall to return to training for the inch but maybe doing thick bar once a week instead of two.  And my plan is to focus on thumbless.

Also debating whether to start back up on BJJ. I'm starting to miss it but I don't think my back is there yet. But I also think in the long run it would be very beneficial to my lower back for core strength.

Not this weekend but following weekend I'm heading to Upstate NY to stay at an Air bnb at he winery my cousins work at.. Has a view of the lake.  Can't wait.  I'll bring the Vulcan and my expanders...

picking up something good when im out there too.

5min warm up 2000m in 8:48, 15 minute cool down slow pace on the rower

that’s my best right now without lying on the floor gasping for air. I’d like to get my 2000m down closer to 8mins
