Strandpulling Calistenics sledge pronation and supination 3 sets of 5 both directions 12" I also messed around with my horseshoe bender again. Never used it unbraded I dont think and it really works the forearms very good workout, almost 80 degrees in the attic so I got a good sweat going. I know I’ve posted friend Paul passed away last year and his wife 2 weeks ago tomorrow. his attorney called me today and said he had something to give me. Paul was a US Air Force Veteran of the Korean War and was buried with military honors. He wanted me to have his flag in a shadow box and his picture. She's very cute,, going to school to be a lawyer, and her grandfather started up and family still owns a nationwide product of one of my favorite things to eat...
