Left 22x3 3 sets

Plate Curl Negs

Wrist Plate curls

Left 18.5x5 18.5x5 19x5

Right 17x5 17.5x5 18x5

 

Chest Krusher.. 4 springs 3 bottom, 1 top... lots of sets Felt very strong on these 5 springs are in the future I think.

sledge pronation and supination 

3 sets of 5 both directions 12"

 

I also messed around with my horseshoe bender again. Never used it unbraded I dont think and it really works the forearms 

 

very good workout, almost 80 degrees in the attic so I got a good sweat going.

 

Told my dad and brother we need a break from working in the heat today.

Last night 15 minutes of yoga and 10 minute walk 

 

This morning 30 minutes on the rowing and 15 minute walk with my nephew. Easy pace, another hot one today.

taking today off from training. Long weekend, Freemasons function Friday night ( I get voted in next month)  long day of work Saturday and concert Sunday night.

Not workout related but I’m honored. I know I’ve posted friend Paul passed away last year and his wife 2 weeks ago tomorrow.

his attorney called me today and said he had something to give me. 
 

Paul was a US Air Force Veteran of the Korean War and was buried with military honors. He wanted me to have his flag in a shadow box and his picture. Its an honor.IMG_2326.thumb.jpeg.8855d4cfe97721e6bd400b95c2e0ce5b.jpeg

Good workout today. My sister showed this girl she works with a picture of me and wants to meet me at brewery. She's very cute,, going to school to be a lawyer, and her grandfather started up and family still owns a nationwide product of one of my favorite things to eat... For  privacy I won't say what and its not alcohol related 🤣... It's almost too good to be true. We will see what happens.
