Crazy how time flies, right? Can be scary how some memories of loved ones fade over time. So it's good to honor them from time to time even if just something really private. Rest easy, Paul. And nice workout, Joe 2

Blacksmith513
Did some weighted push ups ring rows and squats and light chest expander work to warm up was warming up with my 2.5" crusher, grip felt great... very bad back pain, I had to stop. Normally I can lower weight, use taller loading pin, change stance or do something and keep going. I had to stop. And since doing grip I've never had to just stop working out... upper mid back all the day down to pelvis and groin region. ended up doing gripper work to salvage the session 5 or 6 singles with my unrated COC 1 and COC 1.5 and 3 attempts with the #2... extensor bands and sidewinder I'm not even going to attempt working today..

Hope you feel better soon, Joe! thanks guys. It started yesterday about 10:30am Didn't even do anything physical, put together a utility sink and my brother with a storm door. ..All of the sudden it got really sore but took ibuprofen and went back to it. I had to carry 20 boxes of tile yesterday after that and even though they weren't heavy I think it really aggravated it even more so. its just a muscle I think. these things happen. It really intensifies in my mid back when I bend my neck forward
John Knowlton
that sucks, you need to just rest up , let your muscles relax, I hope you feel better soon 1
Blacksmith513
was able to move this morning so did some light dynamic movements to get some blood flowing. Pain isn't anywhere like it was yesterday and not as widespread... more isolated... my right lat and upper right abdominal area. Lower back to a degree also. Will take it easy today, maybe do some yard work, maybe check on a couple jobs.
