It ain’t a party until someone leaves with an anvil

Yesterday my uncle gave me this anvil he got a couple years ago. A colonial era 5th foot. I bet it weighs 100lbs.  Now I have two of this kind but the one I got a few years ago is hornless and quite older.

im keeping this one in my gym, to mess around with in addition to the 231lbs Peter Wright he gave me a few years back.

Nice you are getting your seat fix that will help a lot with your back.

WAY COOL for the new gym, as I am looking at the picture of your gym, I noticed an orange bucket in the back that says

LET'S DO THIS. that is a good logo for your gym.

Yes it will help a lot.

I like that, it is a good a good logo.

Last night I spent 10 minutes with the spring trainer on my armwrestling table. I thought for sure I could get someone to AW with me. No one will. I don't know what I'm doing so I don't want to go hard, just mess around.

This morning 45 minutes on the rower... some x5 250m sprints thrown in
