Not sure if I would be a good operator, but if you break it, I can fix it.

You would be great to have around. I know absolutely nothing about it but I’ve always wanted to learn how to work on heavy equipment.

It felt good to do some actual work in the sun, covered in dirt. I got to comfortable on that long term job.

Back is doing better than it has in a long time. Carried 43 60lbs bags of concrete yesterday.. (used to do 2 60lbs at a time when he did this work more).  But it held up great.

I saw this old timer mason yesterday, the only one who'd remember if he still does. He's about 90, everyone said he was the strongest man In town even to this day, but he says my grandfather was. And I wanted to ask him about some of the job site feats he used to see him do. But when I circled back around to his house he was gone...

Hopefully I catch him outside again soon.

Thank you guys. Started out as 17 as their handy man and they were about 80.  Turned into the most special friendship I think I'll ever have.

Tonight 2500m on the rower and 20 minutes of stretching... Wheelbarrowed a s#%t load of stone a long distance today. First time in a couple years id say.
