Blind in one eye, bad back and either right before or right after quintuple bypass and never worked out except sports as a kid and whatever they had him do in the service. I forgot what I was when I seriously started grip but it was around 169-173lbs. I like the weight I am now and it does aid in lifting. So didn't go too hard on plate curls. Slowly incorporating mobility stuff again. I'm finally starting BJJ once my ringworm finally is 100 percent cleared up which its getting there. Had plans to start with my friend last week but a couple new spots appeared. But he started last week he is really liking it.
