All out. They had to flush it with water for 5 mins at urgent care clinic. Probably could have done at home but you can’t mess around with eyes.

HAPPY FRIDAY

Thanks John. Happy Friday to you. Thats my grandpa.  He was 60-65 in this pic if I had to guess..  Blind in one eye, bad back and either right before or right after quintuple bypass and never worked out except sports as a kid and whatever they had him do in the service.   He was just a genetic freak.

It felt good to work physically hard.  Last 8 months has been less physical.

30 mins rower

197lbs as of this morning. I’ve put on almost 30lbs in 2 years. I forgot what I was  when I seriously started grip but it was around 169-173lbs.

I like the weight I am now and it does aid in lifting. But im not as mobile at work now and that sorta sucks.

Some light stuff and a couple new moves with chest expander

Ring pushups feet in rings hands on medicine ball  3x5 (this was tough)

sandbag carries with my sandbag I forget the weight, probably 100lbsish maybe more..

side twister and extensor bands

my hands where pretty sore going into this one. So didn't go too hard on plate curls.

Slowly incorporating mobility stuff again. I'm finally starting BJJ once my ringworm finally is 100 percent cleared up which its getting there. Had plans to start with my friend last week but a couple new spots appeared.  But he started last week he is really liking it. The instructor is very well known in the world of BJJ and Judo.
