I tried training grippers only once per week for this cycle, but I'm kinda "worried". This volume feels ridiculously low for once per week. Well, we will see in 1-2 weeks when I try max. The result of the previous cycle (training twice per week) was 20mm block set - RGC 156 Ni, and MMS - RGC 160 Adjustable W. I have a feeling I will be lucky to hit the same numbers. But who knows! This week I wrapped up one more project I needed to finish by the end of September, and after that, honestly I just had a few days off.
