LH (front) reverse bending
leather singles
- warmup with the WD2
- CRS 9/32" x 7"
- C45 7mm x 7"
- DR (SK95) 9/32" x 6.5"
- DR (SK95) 7.3mm (~"L") x 7"
- 2x CRS HEX 7mm x 6"

No hard bends this time, but felt good.

RH blobs
- warmup with the KWN40
- 6x2 KWN55 side assisted lift

Instead of doing singles and assisted lifts with the KWN50, I will try getting some volume on the fat one.

Neck back curls
- 2x16, 1x15, 2x14, 1x12 25kg/55lb
Neck will be sore, I can already feel it.

Nice blobbin' there...  Sounds like a solid strategy.

thanks, it's a really fun and versatile gripper

Also, I like that it's heavy (all steel). Somehow it feels better in the hands. But this might be just individual preference

DU
Barehanded
- CRS 1/4" x 7"
One IMP
- Stainless (304H) 1/4" x 6"
Single leathers
- CRS 5/16" x 7"
Aand this session confirms it. The reason why my left index finger hurt for months (and I had to set grippers with my middle finger, etc.) is not because gripper setting or the Inch trainer. It was DU the whole time.
Especially the barehanded and one pad thing just presses something in my left palm super uncomfortably, and then the pain runs up from my knuckle to the fingertip. It's not the usual "well, it's bending, of course it hurts, I will just ignore it" kind of pain.
So I will take a break from DU. It's not like I did it that much recently, anyway.

Reverse
IMP singles pads touching
- CRS 9/32" x 7"
I already did WD2 this week, so only this bar (otherwise my left elbow will complain).
I almost never bent in this style, and now I reminded myself why lol. I did the same bar (same batch) in One IMP not long ago, and it was a little easier than this haha.

I didn't do grippers but I checked my crush on my GD DYNO-150, because I don't really use it, and well.. what's the point of having it then. I tried both hands twice. RH was 113.0kg/249.1lb, LH was 96.35kg/212.4lb.
