I have done these for many years prior to finding out about gripsport. I named them Greshamgripper rows over a year ago as I had never seen anyone doing them with my requirements- the few vids I saw people usually used collars or straps which defeats the purpose of the GG rows. The nice thing about it is you can have oly bar on one side of bench and axle on other and go back and forth.
