Barriers to entering a FIT EXPO contest

Guys don't sell yourself short and not compete because someone weighs a lot, gripsport is about tendon strength. Now I'm 175kg but back when I was 95kg I could beat the current me on a lot of grip events. It really makes no odds, as long as you can deadlift half decent your good to go.

Also remember its you who is the expert and will be more well rounded than the typical big/strong guy.

not sure which got announced first., but...

This also is the same date as the BIG northeast Bending Competition.

I live in Philly, but if I was not working that weekend, I would rather make that Long drive to Mass for a unique event then to check this contest out.

but that said, it is cool to see someone trying to promote these contests   I know for a fact that anything happening in that Philly Convention Center can be very expensive    Their are many hidden costs that make events very luctutave - for everyone except the event sponsor

I'm pretty sure that the FIT EXPO company sets the dates.  Certainly no intent to dilute the number of competitors at another contest...

Same with me. I am 74kg right now but my grip was stronger when I weighed 40kg.

40 kilos?  Is that a misprint Mikael?  How old were you?

It's on the bucket list to go to one, but for the next year traveling is going to be down to a minimum for family reasons.
