Bend a lot of +8'' bars (9.8mm and 10mm no calibrated CRS). I bend my first Gold Nail over a year ago, took me over 15 min. You might be" that guy" that certs that monster one day sir!! :o I'm focusing on 7" stock for a while ( KOAB, 5/16" square, etc.) Got frustrated with the Gold. I swear I think since I lost weight for the summer (about 10lbs) my flexibility is better & I can get in position better for the kink. What are you weighing now?
