canthar
Nothing terribly hard. 1/4 crs (FBBC), A, C, E , F I'm working my way up but ramping slowly. I'll get to the big stuff in time.

canthar
Just now, KRC said: Nice! Slow and steady wins the race. Absolutely. Got enough wear and tear on my body from rushing and pushing my limits too fast before. This is for the long haul.

Mike Rinderle
This is a great way to train sticking points. Bend a bunch of bars to the point you typically fail at on your max attemps, let them work harden at that spot, then spend your next session strengthening your weakest point and honing your tequnique for that portion of the bend. I also would spend countless sessions basically doing max effort isos on bars or shoes that I couldn't finish. Once you can get the work hardened steel to start moving again, you knew that you could go back and murderize a fresh piece.
