Bring it Jedd! Time to grind those handles together so they are nice and smooth for the next guy.

Hold up. Last time I was around you were still working on the MM3 after like 9 or 10 cert attempts. Come back one year later and you're already hitting the MM5?

Atta boy.

Got a pretty good system going with Cadence Based Training.  Thanks bro.

Boy, oh boy, the MM5 felt stiff on Wednesday.  I felt a bit flat, but I'll be honest, I don't think I would have shut this, if I had it last week when I closed the MM4.

Try it again in a few weeks, brotherrrrr.

You know when you've made it big time when you have a entire thread dedicated to you're gripper cert.

Good attempt Jedd. As I remember it felt like a pretty good sized jump from MM4 to MM5. Like low 190's vs low 180's.

True, expect we do that for each and every MM cert ;)  But then again, each MM cert is a big deal!  :laugh

Thanks bro.  Definitely looking forward to beating this challenge.  Hopefully it doesn't turn into a saga, like the MM3.

I'd go along with that.  I have an MM4 replica rated 184 that felt a tad bit harder than MM4.  My MM5 replica, rated at 191 felt pretty darn close to the MM5.  That's if you trust my ratings numbers.

Hamstring cramp during a gripper attempt. That's giving it 110%.

Great pause sets too.  Nobody really mentioned that.
