It's more of a full body test of strength rather than grip. Eric Roussin Posted January 14, 2016 Author Share Posted January 14, 2016 I've messed around with it with some of my armwrestling buddies and it was fun, but I was a bit worried about injuring my back. I didn't realize how much technique was involved until I tried it with someone who actually competes in MAS wrestling. He easily whipped me, despite being smaller than me. It's certainly not just about hand strength. It was an eye-opening experience, likely similar to what someone feels when they first grip up with an experienced armwrestler. They love watching the chaos of someone running around trying to pick up as many various crazy implements as possible in a time frame.
