Euclides, you are growing on me. I watched your 2" vbar video and was impressed with your enthusiasm and humility this time around. No joke man. I hope you cert on the #3 before the end of the year and hit all your grip goals too.

Thank you that was the most entertaining review I've seen. 👍 Vbars take a little time to condition the skin/flesh to a vertical pull. Stick with it a couple months and your numbers will shot up.

I've never done V-bar enough to get past my hands feeling like I did a head-first slide on artificial turf and my hands hit the ground first.

For me, the small diameter v-bar lifts (e.g. 1" v-bar, World of Grip's Meat Hooks) are very uncomfortable. But the wider diameters don't bother me.

The bar is shiny new.

"Seasoning"...may add 20-35% to it. Right now, it is as different as a smooth gripper versus a knurled one.
