Frank Pizzo Posted August 31, 2015 Share Posted August 31, 2015 I got home from work last Thursday and started my bending workout and things felt pretty good so I went ahead and attempted this bar on film. Kink was easy-peasey for me but the crush definitely made me work for it. All-in-all it was a pretty fun bend and I'm feeling pretty good about it. I'm sure several of you have seen this bend on YouTube already but I like to post my stuff on the board from time-to-time just to keep the bending forum moving.
