Iron Claws Posted May 31, 2015 Share Posted May 31, 2015 I found few new exercises which i sharing with you guys.I think it would take me few years to come up with similar idea: http://www.dragondoor.com/articles/get-a-grip-when-you-hit-the-road/ Short note from me: Knife Fighter Push-Ups- to perform them you can cut down stick from wooden broom also you could use something thicker like pvc pipe but with small diameter stick its hard to keep balance and your whole body will work hard, with something thicker its easier to balance and mostly grip will be trained. Pinch Grip Push-Ups- to train with wider grip i think good idea is to find big bricks or you can still use wood and stack some boards.
