Deforming A Crowbar - 23.5" X 5/8" Hexagonal

Just wanted to share my old accomplishment from 3rd of November 2013.

That day I felt good enough to give this piece of steel a couple of massive hits.
23.5" long, 16 mm thick, hexagonal crowbar. Before the attempt I said to guys that getting ANY visible movement on this - is a victory.
Video is long, the "bend" starts at 02.25.
7 degrees deformation, about 1.5" off the center. My right buttock couldn't bear more pressure. Certainly my pride.

Bending a crowbar is insane!

David Wigren did it too a couple of years ago.

I know Id get zzzzzzzzzzzero movement on it :)
