Oldguy-

use a lot of chalk before you start tossing block weights. Brookfield describes this in MOHS.

I disagree with that, but that is my personal opinion

I usually don't use very much chalk at all when blob

tossing

Matt... do you use chalk to train on lifting the blobs?

I use chalk when traing and when lifting, just not a

massive amount, usually just enough to get rid of the

water build up on my hands. I am training most of

my events with as little chalk as possible.

When are you and Brian coming to train again? I might build a power stairs staircase to practice for North Dakota.
