7" X 3/8" Brass In Imp's

Hit this today at the end of my workout. It was the end section of a 3ft long piece from Fastenal. Overall it felt harder throughout as compared to the SS I hit last week. The crush is super springy. On my last couple of hits I felt it close then spring back open.

Everything is headed in the right direction though. Fingers and skin all in tact! Will switch back to some volume work for the next couple of weeks then test the waters again.

Nice work! So this stuff is really springy on the crush, is this what brass is used for, to work on the crush?

Brass is expensive. And working brass is hard to find. Everyone want decorative brass the has high carbon content in it. This keeps it cheap and light weight. I've seen brass snap a few times. But I have never seen brass bought from FBBC snap.

Thanks guys!

The 3ft length of brass I bought from Fastenal is as much brass as I've bent in my life. It's way too expensive to justify bending on a regular basis. It's just a cool bending bucket list thing to cross off that most benders will want to do at some point. Plus being able to bend something at 3/8" diameter looks cool!
