JoshW Posted February 21, 2014 Share Posted February 21, 2014 Finally bent this using the double overhand technique today so proud with my progress as I could only reverse bend it to like 40degrees yesterday!! Similar to the IMbluenail I think? Have no idea how to properly to plan bending workouts in the week as not sure how much beating my wrists can take. JoshW Posted February 23, 2014 Author Share Posted February 23, 2014 Cheers guys! not quite sure but it is a suede type material which I wrap up and works well! am buying a wrist developer and proper wraps from david horne as soon as I get spare money together also I didn't realise most men couldn't bend it?!
