Red Nail One Wrap + No Wrap Grade 5

Only two bends total tonight, both done full reverse + finish style.

First bend Grade 5 with no wraps-2nd ever no wrap full bend-. I belive it's triangle grade 5 only mention this not that it makes a huge difference but these did feel harder then fbbc brand.

Second bend was red nail with one DH wrap. This is the second time I have ever tried the red nail glad I got this bend since I was feeling little gassed even from the grade 5 bend. My finish was real ugly with my DO technique which I think hurt my shoulder little more-nothing bad at all-

I probably shouldn't do bending after upper body until my shoulder is 100% felt a little tight with these. Shoulder injury is feeling better but even doing light upper body training then going into bending after is rough on it right now and hurts my speed a little.

Fun bends overall thanks Mike Sharkey for emailing me the motivation videos earlier this week-as well as everyone who posts videos I try to watch them all when I'm home-. I got some good gym workouts this week thanks to those and a PR tonight which was unexpected. -sorry for essay too much coffee-
