Thanks. I think I'm good for another 10-20# right now, but one or two pounds over my max, and it won't go at all. Also, my main goal is the Red Cert, and I've found taking the wrists for a jog once in a while is good for stability in DO.

Nice. Looked easy Mike. I'm going to start training DU more after I can do the Red consistency DO. I like it.

Nice bend! DU just looks painful...

Only hurts if it doesn't bend. Well. It hurts a bit anyway especially in the beginning. Its not really a normal position.
