GotAGrip
I have a small isometric workout straight after my morning squats for overall strength. The problem is that I HATE doing them but don't want to remove them. I am looking for a few really important ones (similar to what Samson would've practiced) using just a length of chain (I use gloves) and a broomstick. I am looking for about 10 positions - either pulling or pushing which are the most effective for bending steel and other feats. Obviously some would be trying to pull the chain apart infront of the chest and over the leg. Any input greatly appreciated.
Jose Cabrera
Have you been to the Sandow plus website, Google "golden age of iron men", and go to bob Hoffman's page there is a great book on isometrics there. For FREE!
