pburke23 Posted October 16, 2012 Share Posted October 16, 2012 So just how taxing is sledge hammer/wrist strengthening work and how often do you guys perform it? Do you feel it needs as much time in between as say hitting a muscle group hard and needing a few days for full recovery? Or can it be trained more frequently safely?
