After a quick try with 76 1/4 pounds of plates(82 3/4 total) lifted a few inches on the new IM 3" block I tried THE blob and it came up well on my first try. I later set it right next to the base of my office chair so I can play with it more..I do have a plan for it........RS

Scott Styles,

A WSM contest using two inch dumbells, that would be "REAL COOL" to watch!!! A farmers walk or a timed event in the full deadlift position. Somebody should contact the WSM people.

No one has yet deadlifted two Inch bells so far as I

know.

Having a farmer's walk with two of them, if deadlifting them first is a requirement (rather than off an elevated

platform)- that event could be held in a phone booth. :D

Tom-

I have worked pinching for a little while-with a spring clamp while on KTA and also some pinching of a brick loaded with weights.

Can pull around 70 with the brick.

Other than that-no much pinching. Can do 2-35s.
