yummy
What are some of the adjustable levers out there for wrist development? http://www.strongergrip.com/products/SLS-%28Shot-Loadable-Sledgehammer%29.html This is one of the only ones I found but its a little expensive but heard good things about his products in general. Though I do eventually want to get his hammers
Scott Styles
Just choke up on the hammer handle. Mark it every inch to measure progress, like in this picture: http://www.gripfaq.com/Hand-Strength-Images.aspx?name=Front-Lever
steve0
Buy a spin lock bar for standard plates. Cut off one end, leaving the non threaded section at the length of your desired sledge handle. You will be able to securely add weights for leveraging movements.
Gift2k1
I just went to Home Depot and bought some stuff to make this. You can buy whatever size nipple for your plates, mine happen's to be for standard plates. It doesn't take a lot of weight when you hold it at the end. Quick and easy and cheap.

I've been using a dumbell handle the same way - weights at one end and hold the other end
