acorn Posted June 28, 2012 Share Posted June 28, 2012 In the past I used to do the final bit of crushdowns on Red barehanded on occasion. Like from say 2.5" to under 1" or so. The ends are so darn sharp though that a major cut would be likely with the rest of the positions I would think. I have been training with one small leather pad also like the one in your video as well with much weaker pieces of steel with the goal to do a red in one pad. I can only destroy blues right now and 60'd nails with reverse grip and fishish the crush DO like you did in the video. How long have you been training to be able to do this feat of strength?
