Congrats on getting the 1/4" stock!

Double overhand can be very hard on the shoulders if you don't have the flexibility for it. Given your should surgery has caused you to avoid chest work, I would be especially cautious with the elbows high, hands under the throat position that is used to get the best leverage.

wow, u pay attention. overhand feels akward and unowerful. i will keep working it in and hopefully improve.
