Chez
I tried really hard to pump myself up. Downed a monster, sniffed ammonia, Warmed up with light grippers and push ups and body weight squats. I would recommend trying to perform without the monster, ammonia, etc. Relying on outside stimulation for state management can actually hinder you in situations when you're called to task. If being "on" is not as simple as showing up, you can't count on being "on". First time every trying it for a cert. Truth be told I was a little out of it today. One of the side effects of my Gluten allergy is low energy if I get cross contaminated. Before I went on the diet, I was tired all the time and felt like crud. I started training as soon as I went on the diet because I now have a lot more energy. The allergy also effected my personality. I suffered from depression and anxiety. Its all gone. I can definitely tell when I eat something I shouldn't have. I feel great now and feel lucky to have found out about it.
Cannon
Dude I hear you there. It's hard to avoid all gluten. It's in some places you wouldn't expect it...like some prepared meats!
Forever
Thanks Jason. I'm not going to lie, I'm pissed off but I'll use it and get even stronger. Here is the video if anyone is interested. I don't mind posting because I'll probably watch it a 100 times to motivate myself in the months to come. , I tried really hard to pump myself up. Not a bad attempt and glad to see you have a game plan and ready for the next round in the future. Luck to ya

Teemu I
Just saw your video. You are not far off on a very tough gripper. Next time, explode through. It is a weird gripper as it binds so much in the end.
Bill Piche
"Dude I hear you there. It's hard to avoid all gluten. It's in some places you wouldn't expect it...like some prepared meats! " Yes, it is for sure. But, EVERYONE should avoid that crap. It does NOTHING for you except cause adverse health effects. Not to change topics. You'll get it soon. Just keep plugging. This level (3) is a truly elite level for sure for gripper strength.
