Just got My New David Horne World Of Grip gear Tonight. I got the Full Set of Griptopz with the New Adjustable Thick Bar, Dinnie Ring Replica's, 2 X 1" Lift Handle's, This Completes My Full equipment need's to Train for WSH. Next Week I will start a 14 Week Program leading up to WSH. Hopefully I make some improvement's as it can be hard to get the Training right. I will also include other thing's in the Program but now I can Train Everything in the Comp and hope to get better on them over the 14 Week's.

Had a go at a Red In Reverse Today. I have never been able to move this in Reverse before. I have been Working the Sledge Every Week for the last 6 Week's and it has payed off. Grip: At the moment I don't seem to be making Progress on Anything icon_mad.gif If anything I am going backward's!! At WSH 2011 I did 78kg on the 2HP Euro Pinch Event and almost a Year Later I am still around that Weight. Gripper's have also gone Nowhere and Same with the Rolling Thunder!! Either I am Training Totally Wrong or Not Hard Enough!! I have been thinking of Spending Less Time on Forum's and more Time Training. After WSH I will work out what I am doing as at the moment I am Maintaining 4 Training Log's on 4 Different Forum's and this take's Me an Hour a Night to Update everything. I could be spending this Hour Training. My Main and Favourite Forum's are David Horne Forum & Bender's Battlefield. Maybe after WSH I will stop updating My Log's and Start Training Harder. It is also a bit depressing when I See Heap's of Guy's making Huge Progress in a short Period with PR after PR and can Bend Red's & Close #3's after a Few Month's icon_sad.gif
