Full Body: I did an Experiment Today. I don't Waste My Time with Bicep Curl's and haven't done them in nearly a Year. When I was doing Barbell Curl's I would Struggle with the 110lb Bar. I have been doing Weighted Chin's & Pull Up's as My only Bicep Lift. Today after My Session I tried a 110lb Barbell Curl and it was Easier than Ever. Went onto the 120lb and also very Easy. Could never lift the 120lb before. Just show's Me that Chin's/Pullup's are better for Bicep Strength than all the Curl's in the World icon_biggrin.gif

Full Body: Squat's are getting Harder. Must be the 5kg B/W drop after changing My Diet. Dip's & Chin's are Easier though. B/W from 107kg down to 102kg. I want to Trim Right down to a Healthy Weight. I will have to see how this Effect's My Strength then Work on it from a Lighter Weight. No Point being Strong if I am on the way to a Heart Attack icon_neutral.gif

Full Body: Today I finally got over 200kg on the Deadlift icon_biggrin.gif Only 2.5kg over but it is a Huge Mental Barrier broken. Also I started Working on Double Overhand Grip on Dead's and got up to 170kg for a Single with this Grip. Going to Train DO more and only go to Mixed Grip for Max Dead's. Eventually I may go to Full Time DO.

My Friend Brendan Downes from the Australian Armwrestling Federation has been kind enough to let Me use there Booth to Display My Grip Toy's and Promote the World's Strongest Hand's and give Grip Demonstration's. Thanks AAFicon_biggrin.gif This will be a good Opportunity to Spread the Word of Grip around Australia and get more support for the Sport in OZ. Saturday 17/3/12

FIT X Expo Today. It is like the Aussie version of the Arnold Classic. I had a Grip Display in the Australian Armwrestling Booth as they were kind enough to let Me setup in there Booth. I had the 2 Hand Euro Pinch, Rolling Thunder, Griptopz & A whole heap of Gripper's. With the Armwrestling & Grip together in the same Booth We got a lot of People checking out both and at a couple of Time's during the Day I had a Crowd gathered around having attempt's on all My Grip Toy's and asking question's because most of the Guy's had never seen any of this stuff before and Never knew there was any Grip Sport or Competition's. At one Point there was a Guy having an Attempt on the Shallow Hub in the Middle of the Walkway with around 30 People watching on. It was a Great Day for getting Grip recognised in Australia. Very Happy with the Turnout icon_biggrin.gif All My Gear except for My Gripper's will be with the Organiser until Next Weekend so for this Week it will be Gripper's until I Pick My Stuff up. I also got My New GHP & Beef Builder Gripper's Today. The GHP Gripper's are Very Nice Indeed

Grip: Going to try include more Rep's into My Training on Both Grip & Full Body Lift's when I can. Drop the Weight a bit and work in Rep's instead of alway's going for a 1RM. This will improve My Conditioning & Hopefully improve My 1RM. I may Cycle this Weekly Or Fortnightly between Rep's & 1RM Lift's or sometime's go for a Month of Rep Work & A Month of 1RM. Depends on how I Feel and how My Strength is Progressing and also what I am Training for.
