Bill Piche
I just got off the phone with Carl Lanore of SuperHumanRadio.com and we talked about grip strength on his show. It was a lot of fun and the time just flew by over the hour. Hopefully, we'll have more joining the GripBoard and continue to help expand the growth of grip strength. The archive should have the interview at some point.

Bill Piche
This was actually a bit tough because I had no idea what he was going to ask!
macaz
I listened to it. Thought it was great. Restricting blood flow to the arms while working was brought up by the radio host. He says it is supposed to make you get stronger. That sounded a little odd. any one here actually do that? I forget what he called it. Scott Styles
I enjoyed it. Great job. The host goes a little off the deep end towards the final minutes of the interview, but Wannagrip handles it well.
