Cheating The Inch Up

Old Guy, do you think the potential to lift more weight is there, if the wrist is curled? I'm trying to mimic the technique required to one day lift the Inch. I hope my technique isn't intrinsically dangerous. I don't use the thumbless variety. Also, my elbow does have a tendency to bend, as it does with pinch gripping.

I see no reason to bend the wrist as then you have to keep it bent. to me it is purely grip and the wrist does not need to be involved.

I'm thinkin with my shorter fingers, that a bent wrist would put more of the load into my palm and four fingers, as opposed to my thumb, which seems to be the weak link???
